3. Refund Policy

  • Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed as follows:

    • Replacement: If the item is found to be defective or incorrect, we will send a replacement (subject to stock availability).
    • Store Credit: If a replacement is not available, we may offer store credit for future purchases.
